Seldovia Village Tribe will be continuing our Ready-Set-Go Seldovia initiative this month as we work to be a prepared and resilient community!

We will cover a few more topics from the State of Alaska’s “Ready in a Year” program. We will also cover general fire safety (for your home and property) as well as a presentation from Rick Harkness, Barabara Heights Volunteer Fire Department Fire Chief, on the community Firewise program.

As temperatures heat up (we know it doesn’t look like it, but it will!) we want to make sure Seldovia and every resident is better prepared for fire safety in your home, business and community.
