Seldovia Village Tribe has many programs designed to support and assist our community. SVT is dedicated to maintaining health & wellness even in these times of uncertainty.

Vaccine Update 3/10/2021

SVT Health & Wellness is committed to the safe roll-out of COVID-19 vaccines in accordance with State and Federal guidance, which we have been actively doing throughout the Southern Kenai Peninsula since mid- December.

COVID-19 vaccine is now available to all established medical patients of SVT Health & Wellness, age 18 and above. No other eligibility criteria applies and we always welcome new patients. Our Health Centers offer the Moderna vaccine and the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

    Seldovia Village Tribe hosted free COVID19 testing for the community of Seldovia on Wednesday, April 29th.

    Our SVT Health & Wellness team working with Seldovia-based Tribal staff to assist 168 participants at walk in and drive in testing sites. Swab samples were taken and are being sent to Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage for results. This snapshot in time was prioritized by the Tribe as an opportunity to see if the community has remained protected from COVID19. Results will be communicated directly to the individual participants.
